LotRocket is a website and app that puts your used-car lot online. We display the payment terms you set for each car, but we never take a payment or service a loan ourselves — that stays between you and your customer. The plan is $199/month, month-to-month, with no contract. Cancel any time, no cancellation fee.
LotRocket ("we," "us") provides a hosted website, a mobile app, and related tools ("the Service") that let an independent used-car dealer ("you," "your dealership") list inventory, receive shopper leads, and manage a lot from a phone. The Service displays information you enter — vehicle details, photos, and payment terms — on a website at your own domain or subdomain and, where you opt in, on the shared Find-a-Car listing at shop.lotrocket.app.
We are a software provider, not a lender, a dealer, a broker, or a party to any sale. We do not extend credit, collect payments, or service loans. Any financing or payment plan shown on a listing is a term set by you and owed to you, not to LotRocket.
The Service is billed at $199 per month, month-to-month. There is no long-term contract and no setup fee. Your rate is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active and in good standing — we won't raise the price on an existing, continuously active account. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
If a payment fails, we'll attempt to notify you and retry before suspending access to the Service. Suspending your subscription does not delete your data immediately — see "Data retention" in our Privacy Policy for how long we keep it.
You own the content you upload — vehicle photos, descriptions, pricing, and your dealership's information — and you're responsible for its accuracy. You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service (for example, showing your inventory on your site and, if you opt in, on shop.lotrocket.app).
You agree to use the Service lawfully and to list only vehicles you have the right to sell, with accurate pricing, mileage, and payment-term disclosures as required by applicable state and federal law (including Truth in Lending and FTC advertising rules for payment-based pricing). You won't use the Service to list stolen or misrepresented vehicles, to defraud shoppers, or to attempt to access another dealer's data. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section.
The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep title-check results, uptime, and listing syndication (search engines, the Find-a-Car page) accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee that any third-party service we integrate with — including title and odometer data sources — will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the Service changes. If we make a material change, we'll give you reasonable notice — by email or an in-app notice — before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
